Qualifications
Financial Need: A student considered financially challenged when neither his or her parents nor his guardian have sufficient resources to finance his/her higher education, through a duly certified statement of monthly income.
Academic Requirement: To be considered intellectually capable, the applicant must possess good academic standing with a general weighted average of at least 85%
